Description
PTC thermistor is used for temperature control protection of motor bearings, and its special temperature resistance curve is used to monitor the temperature of motor bearings to ensure the safe operation of bearings. The insulation material of the sensor lead is made of Teflon, which has the characteristics of high temperature resistance and long service life.

Note
1. Insulate the temperature sensing components of the PTC thermistor temperature control sensor, such as adding a wax tube;
2. The embedding should be arranged in phases in the motor winding or firmly installed in the parts that require temperature measurement and control;
3. When bundling, do not let the lead of the PTC thermistor bear tension, otherwise it will damage the temperature measuring element. The temperature sensing element can be used as a single component as required, or three components can be used in series, connecting the lead wire to its supporting protective device. Note that the PTC temperature sensor should not operate under overvoltage, otherwise it will be severely damaged. Although it is harmless to scrapped PTC, it should be properly disposed of.
