Description
A specially designed new type of product for space heaters, which uses constant resistance or constant temperature electric heating elements and specially designed aluminum profiles - heat conductors (diffusers) for assembly. The structure of this product increases the heat conduction area through the fins of the "heat sink", that is, the heat radiation area at the center of the heat source is multiplied. The pin in ratio of the fins is as high as 8.5 (in the pin in ratio, pin refers to the height of the fins of the heat sink, and fin refers to the distance between adjacent fins. The lead wire diameter of non explosion-proof uniform heaters is usually related to the power of the single end heating rod. If not specified by the customer, fiberglass wires will be supplied; Explosion proof products usually use 1.5mm2 EWKF silicone rubber wire;
When the PTC heating module is used as a heating element, the nominal power must be an integer multiple of 50W; According to the material characteristics of PTC heating elements, the power output has a strong discrete type, with a maximum power error range of ± 20%. The nominal power of the PTC heating module usually refers to the maximum thermal power output in a 0 ℃ environment, which is limited by the Curie point temperature of the PTC heating element. As a constant temperature device, the power of PTC heater is constantly changing. If the heat dissipation conditions remain unchanged, it will be relatively stable within a power range. Its power is directly related to its heat dissipation status and cannot be calculated generally.
